Serving Mississauga Families Since 2004
Central Walk-In Clinic was established in September 2004 by Dr. Max and Dr. Ella as a humble, two-examination-room practice in the Meadowvale area. At the time, rapid residential expansion across northwestern Mississauga was putting substantial pressure on local emergency rooms, leaving young families and seniors waiting hours for simple episodic concerns such as strep throat swabs, ear infections, and minor sports sprains.
Recognizing the urgent need for dependable, neighborhood-level triage, our founders built this clinic on a foundational principle: to treat every patient with the dignity and thoroughness of a family doctor, whether you are visiting for the twentieth time or walking in for the very first time.
Our Practice Philosophy
Over the past two decades, our facility has grown from its original 1,200-square-foot suite into a fully equipped 6-room medical hub featuring on-site basic diagnostic capabilities, rapid triage assessment protocols, and a close partnership with the adjacent community pharmacy.
We believe in sensible, conservative medical management. Our physicians adhere strictly to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) standards. We prioritize evidence-based preventative health, antibiotic stewardship, and non-opioid pain strategies, which is why our walk-in practice maintains an explicit zero-refill policy for narcotics and controlled medications.
